Beverly Morgan has been with the state Church of God office since September, 2002. She manages all office activities and plans and oversees meetings, such as the General Assembly and Ministries Council meetings. The state newsletter is another of her responsibilities plus all budget and accounting for the state. Her husband of 46 years passed away in November of 2007. She resides in Bethany and has two children and five grandchildren

Estella Milner has been employed as an administrative assistant in the State Church of God Office since April 2004. Her primary duties are to assist the Board of Church Service. She also serves as an administrative assistant for the SHAPE program for Oklahoma and Kansas region. She and her husband Virgil reside in Oklahoma City. They have two children and 5 grandchildren.

Dave Short has been the Creative Ministries Director for the Oklahoma Assembly of the Church of God since April 2007. His primary duty involves maintaining OKCHOG.ORG, but has served many other functions as a media expert throughout the state. Whether it be the graphic media for kids camp, visual and graphic media at youth convention, or print materials for general assembly Dave has a talent for knowing how to reach people through a variety of media types. Dave serves on the YOUTH.OKCHOG Board and is very involved with the youth group in his own home church, Red Fork Church of God in Tulsa. He and his wife Wendy has a daughter, Abigail, and reside in Jenks, Oklahoma.
